Bree
Bree has been an American Red Cross instructor since December 2002 and has volunteered for DAT for ten years. Bree loves her job teaching because it feels like every day she goes to work, there is a chance to have or create a positive impact on another person's life. She honorably served active duty in the military. Her hobbies include cooking.

Amy
Amy has been teaching first aid since 2009; her first two years were through AmeriCorps. She enjoys keeping classes lively, and the students engaged. Amy is also really proud to have the opportunity to teach so many people in lifesaving skills.

Joy
Joy's background is in Emergency Medical Services. She became an EMT in 1996 and worked her way up to Paramedic/IC. She has practiced EMS pre-hospital and in-hospital, professionally and as a volunteer. Right after Joy earned her license, she started teaching emergency services classes and has continued teaching at many levels from citizen to professional ever since. Since 2003, she has been teaching American Red Cross classes to many types of students from all walks of life, helping them to prevent and be prepared for emergencies.

Kathie
My name is Kathie Jones. I have been an instructor for the Red Cross for eight years.
My experience includes:
- Eight years of being a Girl Scout Leader, PTO President.
- An active mom with children school activities.
- I have five children and four grandchildren
- President of Mother Against Drunk Driving (MADD).
- Volunteer at Eastside Neighborhood Association / Kids Café,
- Currently employed by BRONSON as a Practice Coordinator.

Preston
Preston is a Central Michigan University graduate with a degree in Health Fitness and Preventative Rehabilitative Services. He interned at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, working in Cardiac Rehabilitation. Preston was introduced to instructing as an AmeriCorps member while working as a Volunteer Coordinator with the American Red Cross. There he started teaching Hands-Only CPR and has completed further education to teach more classes offered by the Red Cross.

Colleen
Colleen has 40 years of nursing experience in nursing experience. Most of her career was spent working in subacute cardiac units, with experience also in medical-surgical, pediatrics, and nursery. Colleen has conducted and presented research on the effectiveness of inpatient teaching of heart attack patients. Colleen has volunteered with the Medical Reserve Corps in Fairfax, VA, and also with the American Red Cross responding to local and national disasters, and staffing first aid stations for local events.
